As I said, in, My Fairy Dwellings in the Making, it is done! And done to my absolute satisfaction. Iβm happy to say!
Finally, my fairy dwelling is market worthy.
Just in time for the shopping rush for the Season too.
I have published it on Pinterest, Carousell, Facebook and Twitter.
Yet to put it up on Instagram.
Thatβs how excited I am.
Iβm yet to unravel a delightful surprise on yβall though!
All features in the fairy dwelling are hand made by me, except for the receptacle for the feathers which I bought at a stall outside the Queen Victoria Market in North Melbourne, Australia, and the tea mugs and plate, which I bought at the Kirribilli pop up market in North Sydney, Australia.
These features are: a seashell, fairy bath, a seashell table top, a bouncing net, bean bag, hammock, Adirondack chair and bench and gazing ball of a marble and golf tee. The marble of which was picked up by a fairy π§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ on the streets of North Melbourne, Australia.
Iβm yet to add a tire swing, the firemenβs pole and may be a zip line! Or I will just reserve that zip line for another project.
I have designed and created a landscape upgrading the entire aesthetic perspective of the dwelling.
The highlight of this dwelling is the steampunk inspired installation art step ladder up to the dwelling made of sea shell, wire and metal bits (nuts and bolts and so on), picked up from the street!
Now, at last, the balance between the many features and the landscaping is achieved.
Can you identify the many features mentioned here or any others that are not mentioned?
Have a go at it.
So, here we are fairies: Enjoy your Fairy Inn!
