Coronavirus lock down days are challenging; however, working from home is really good. Here’s a great breakfast we cooked up in no time at all. Grate some cheddar cheese, chop bell peppers, onions and carrot (we used yellow and red peppers). Spread some Sriracha sauceΒ on to slices of bread and top with the chopped vegetables and grated cheese.
