This is the Tijuana Taxi mixed by me with a lemon wheel to garnish:

Cointreau and Grand Marnier are both Triple Secs. Cointreau being the classic.
To make simple syrup, add equal parts sugar to water and simmer in a heavy bottomed pan. Do not boil. remove from fire and cool.
