President Donald Trump has exposed what he is referring to as the Democrats’ “newest hoax.”
The 45th president identified the Democrats’ narrative that Trump and his fellow Republicans “are a threat to Democracy.”
According to Fox News, Trump highlighted the narrative during a Saturday appearance at the New York Young Republican Club’s gala in New York.
During his speech, not only did Trump expose the Democrats’ “newest hoax,” but he also exposed the “real threat” that America is facing.
The “real threat,” according to Trump, is Democrat President Joe Biden and his administration.
To help put Trump’s remarks into perspective, they come after his recent town hall event with Fox News’s Sean Hannity.
There, Hannity asked Trump if he would act like a “dictator” if he were to regain the presidency in 2024.
Trump responded by noting the Day One tradition for new presidents to sign a stack of executive orders to override the previous administration’s agenda.
In response to Hannity’s question, Trump joked that he wouldn’t be a dictator, “Except for day one.

“We’re closing the border and we’re drilling, drilling, drilling,” Trump said to cheers from the audience.
“After that, I’m not a dictator.”

The Democrats pounced on this opportunity, however.
Twisting Trump’s words out of context, Democrats and their corporate media allies spent the ensuing week trying to claim that the 45th president plans to install himself as a “dictator.”
Therefore, the Democrats insist that Trump cannot be reelected president in 2024 because, if he were to be, he would become a dictator.
Trump, during his gala appearance, responded to this, saying, “In the past few weeks, the radical Left Democrats, their fake news allies have unveiled their newest hoax that Donald J. Trump and the Republican Party are a ‘threat to democracy’.”
Trump added, “Can you believe it?
“This is their new line, you know. It’s — here we go again — ‘Russia, Russia, Russia,’ ‘Mueller, Mueller, Mueller,’ ‘Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine.’
“One hoax after another.”
Trump went on to identify the “real threat” as “crooked Joe Biden” and his administration.
“I’m not a threat,” Trump said.
“I will save democracy.
“The threat is crooked Joe Biden. That’s the threat.”
Trump continued by scoffing at the notion that the Democrats’ new “threat to Democracy hoax” will keep Biden from losing in 2024, as all the polls are predicting that he will.
“[The Democrats and the media] think the threat to democracy will save Biden from having created the worst inflation in our country’s history, a fragile economy that may soon end in a depression like 1929 – We are very, very close to a depression, the likes of which you have never seen,” he said.
“We owe $36 trillion and this guy has no clue.”
Trump said that the new “hoax” is a “desperate and shameless attempt to distract from the monstrous abuses of power the left is committing before your very eyes.”
