Hello:
FYI
Tonight, 6/6/2025 7pm.
Meeting Regarding Excel Energy – Wright County MN
Just a reminder that we have an important informational and help meeting with the Wright County Restore MN Team on Thursday, March 6, at 7:00 p.m. at Church of St. Anthony (201 Central Ave. S. Watkins, MN 55389).
This step is the MOST IMPORTANT step for LANDOWNERS in protecting your Constitutional property rights from Xcel Energy. Landowners are those with proposed poles or wires crossing their property on any of the routes. If you have not participated in previous steps, you can still participate in this step because of the work done by so many who submitted documents thus far. Thank you to those who have diligently sent off their paperwork to follow the processes and set precedents.

Xcel Energy is planning a new transmission line in Wright County, Minnesota that would connect a substation in Becker to a substation in Lyon County. The project would also pass through Stearns, Kandiyohi, and other counties.
(see attached Project Map)
Those were my thoughts.
Thank you for your time.
Have a great day!

March 6 Meeting – MN Energy Connection* ACTION STEP*
WHY ARE OUR ELECTED LEADERS ALLOWING THIS ESPECIALLY AFTER THEY SWORE AN OATH TO THE CONSTITUTION?
Hello Friends:
Just a reminder that we have an important informational and help meeting with the Wright County Restore MN Team on Thursday, March 6, at 7:00 p.m. at Church of St. Anthony(201 Central Ave. S. Watkins, MN 55389).
This step is the MOST IMPORTANT step for LANDOWNERS in protecting your Constitutional property rights from Xcel Energy. Affidavits
In a meeting with the Restore MN Team Tuesday night, we did change the Distribution List on the Affidavit. Please update accordingly. If you already sent off Affidavits, that is ok. Thank you for getting your documents off quickly. If you haven’t, please send the people addressed on the contact list. There is NOT a specific deadline for this step. The sooner you get it done, the sooner you notify Xcel Energy and MN PUC that your property is off-limits to them. Certified mail should be sent to the individuals listed on the Distribution List on the document. Your local Senator, Representative, County Commissioners, County Attorney, and County Sheriff should be mailed a copy of your Affidavit for educational purposes. Their copy does not need to be sent by certified mail or could be hand-delivered. The Affidavit should be printed on 8.5″x14″ Legal size paper and sent in an envelope large enough to put it in without folding. The Affidavit and Address contacts are attached to this email.
What to Expect at Thursday’s Meeting
It is my opinion that this is THE MOST IMPORTANT MEETING for landowners to attend in securing your Constitutional Rights. All are invited to attend, even if you are not a landowner. The plan for the evening is to introduce the Wright County Restore MN team. They are going to explain the difference between the Notice of Adherence and Affidavit documents; briefly cover fundamental Constitutional law; explain this Affidavit for understanding; give examples of how this Affidavit held up in court; possible future steps; how to properly handle Xcel Energy’s persistent requests; and Question and Answer time. Lots of good information!! We will have paper copies of the Affidavit available along with notaries present to sign documents with you. If you are a notary, and are willing to help out, we’ll gladly take more assistance. We will have mailing envelopes too.
In God We Trust,
Erin
