The Preamble to the Constitution of the United States starts with the world: We the People !
“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
That being brought to your notice, it is We the People who gives the Mandate to the Executive to carry out their will.
The Legislature represents We the People in Congress to make the Laws that We the People give credence to the Executive to carry out.
The third Branch of government is the Judicial.
“The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. …”
By this very fact, ipso facto, the judicial Powers are limited to being granted by We the People and not vice versa.
This being said, no judges of lower courts nor justices of the supreme Court have the authority to make laws, which is vested in the Legislature, nor can they act against the mandate given by We the People to the Executive, as ordained at the Presidential Election each four years in the month of November of that year.
Therefore, the present day blatant actions by district judges is a gross overreach at the least and a blatant violation of We the People’s Freedoms and Rights at the most.
The Constitution has made clear what the Rights of We the People are in The Bill Of Rights, as Amendments to the Constitution.
It is very clear where the Rights of We the People begin and where the authority of the three Branches of Government end!
Any and everyone who violates the Bill Of Rights stands open to and amounts to having committed Treason against We the People and the Republic.
That much being made clear, the criminal activist district judges in recent times have grossly violated the Rights of We the People. Period.
They MUST be arrested, charged and sentenced to GTMO/ gitmo immediately.

Meanwhile, many a We the People have suggested different ways and means of establishing this fact to be true and the means by which the freedoms and rights of We the People may be established.
However, all of these means barring the Federalist Papers, become spurious in the face of what has always been laid bare in the Constitution.
