It’s a potent potion!!!

Serves 5 persons

Ingredients 

Whisk the pulp of 4 passion fruits and chill. (Reserve the pulp for garnishing.
Juice of 3 lemons chilled
Juice of 2 oranges chilled
1 bottle of ginger beer (375 ml)
20 ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold rum
2 tsp chilli oil to be added to the rum to further spice it
1:1 sugar to water simple syrup cooked until resolved and then chilled
8 cloves (Optional)
2 sticks Ceylon cinnamon (Optional)

Method

1.Strain the juices into a glass bowl.  

2. Add all ingredients into a punch bowl or other glass bowl, except the simple syrup.

3. Add the spiced Captain Morgan rum and stir.

4. Add simple syrup to taste and stir.

5. Add cloves and Ceylon cinnamon and stir.

For Garnishing:

Slice 1 orange
Slice I Granny Smith apple 
A few spoons of the passion fruit pulp.
Rosemary sprig

5. Place the fruit slices and the passion fruit pulp over the punch.
